Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

 

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 6-10 business days after processing. Most orders arrive in about 8 days total. During high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer — your tracking link always shows the latest status.

 

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email us at curlairec@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled (but our 7-day guarantee still applies after delivery).

 

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your package appears lost, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us and we'll try to help.
