We want you to love your Curlaire. If you don't, you're covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee — the 7 days start on the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.

 

How to start a return

Email us at curlairec@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

 

Conditions

Items must be returned with all attachments and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items showing heavy use or damage beyond normal trial may be refused or subject to a partial refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.

 

Warranty

Every Curlaire is covered for 90 days from delivery against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled by replacement.
